FXA maintains an internationally experienced professional services arm known as the BUDDY (BUsiness Doctor DeploYment) Team. An HACCP certified group, the team is knowledgeable in every segment of the food industry and has working experience at each link in the food supply chain. The BUDDY Team works in collaboration with FXA’s IT experts to ensure the customer’s food safety and traceability processes are captured in OpsSmart™.

The BUDDY team has two main roles. Their first role is to support the sales and marketing team and FXA’s Strategic Partners to complete pilot projects and product launches at new sites. Their second role is to provide second-line support to the Channel Partners, value-added resellers, and professional services companies.
