Asia Fruit Logistica 2007 Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives by
Department of Agricultural Extention, Department of Agricultural,
Cooperative Promotion Department and National Bureau of Agricultural
Commodity and food standards held a Thai produce and fruit
exhibition - Asia Fruit Logistica 2007 to help promote Thai produce
and fruit products to the world and to create confidence in Thai
products that meet international quality and safety standards,
during 5-7 September 2007 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention
Center. Dr. Thira Setabutr, minister of Department and National
Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and food standards presided over
the opening ceremony on 5 September 2007

จากความตื่นตัวในด้านความปลอดภัยของอาหารส่งผลให้มาตรการด้านการตรวจสอบย้อนกลับถือเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญปัจจัยหนึ่งที่ผู้ส่งออกผฃิตภัณ?อาหารของไทยต้องเตรียมความพร้อม
ดังนั้นสำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ
จึงได้ริเริ่มและให้การสนับสนุนโครงการ
"ระบบการตรวจสอบย้อนกลับในอุตสาหกรรมกุ้งส่งออก
โครงการดังกล่าว
ทำให้เกิดแนวทางในการต่อยอดเพื่อการพัฒนาอย่างบูรณาการ
โดยกลุ่มบริษัทผู้ประกอบการด้านอาร์เอฟไอดี
และซอฟต์แวร์ได้ทำการศึกษาและออแบบ
การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีไมโครชิปอาร์เอฟไอดีในการรวบรวม ติดตาม
และตรวจสอบข้อมูลการผลิตที่สามารถครอบคลุมทุกจุดในสายการผลิต
แล้วส่งต่อข้อมูลให้ระบบซอฟต์แวร์ตรวจสอบย้อนกลับในการนำไปประมวลผล
อันจะช่วยให้เกิดความรวดเร็ว ถูกต้อง
และมีประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการข้อมูลเพื่อการตรวจสอบย้อนกลับในอุตสาหกรรมแปรรูปกุ้ง
